Hannah is a provisional Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) who is currently completing the two-year APD program. She graduated from the University of Newcastle with a Bachelor of Food Science and Human Nutrition and a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics in 2021.
Hannah has a warm, optimistic personality and believes in a non-judgemental collaborative and holistic approach to health and wellness. She uses evidence-based dietetic practices to support children with autism / ADHD / disordered eating to improve food variety within their diet, to overcome the fear of trailing new foods, to overcome sensory / selectivity to certain textures and types of foods.
Hannah understands that not only is each child uniquely beautiful and different in their own way but life can be busy and it can be challenging to provide children and even ourselves with the right types of foods. This is why she is passionate about working together with families to create uniquely practical, easy and efficient ideas and strategies to help children reach their nutrition requirements to thrive and support their growth and development.
Hannah is passionate about nourishing and caring for our bodies. She would love to work with others within the community to help them create healthy habits to nourish their body so they are able to reach their full potential today.
