Tiny Steppers
One Step Two Step is offering group programs for carers and their children. We provide ….
- Hour sessions running weekly
- Fun, interactive program targeting essential developmental skills (i.e. core strength, balance, ball skills, motor planning and fine motor skills)
- Inclusive to any and all children between the ages of 1 and 5
- Run by a Physiotherapist and/or an Occupational Therapist
Age groups
- New steppers (12months to 2 years)
- Mini steppers (2 years to 3 years)
- Tiny steppers (3 years to 5 years) NEXT GROUP SESSIONS RUNNING JULY TO SEPTEMBER 2024
- Pre-kindy steppers (4 years and older)
Social Skills Programs

One Step Two Step runs two social skills programs delivered by an Occupational Therapist and experienced Special Needs Teachers.

Prep Readiness Program
Do you have a child starting in prep next year?
Can your child:
- Write their name?
- Recognize the letters of the alphabet?
- Hold a pencil?

- Attend to routine tasks?
- Complete routine tasks?
With One Step Two Step’s Prep Readiness program your child will receive a specialized program delivered by an experienced Occupational Therapist and Speech Pathologist to prepare them for next year’s prep entrance.

Prep Readiness Group 2024
It’s time to join our Prep Readiness Group for December 2024!
One Step Two Step has organised a five week prep readiness group for your children: whether your child is seeing one of our Occupational Therapists or not, these classes are available!
Sessions will be conducted in clinics across Brisbane and Melbourne! Contact us with your expression of interest.
Strength and Conditioning Program
This program will be facilitated by our highly experienced Physiotherapist, James. Strength and conditioning sessions will target children in primary school and early high school age groups. Strength training is an important part of reducing risk of injury and helping your child reach their full performance potential.
The strength program will include:
- Advice and education around self management and injury prevention
- Assessment of your child’s current capabilities;
- Individualised strength and conditioning program targeted towards reaching their goals & full potential; and
- Weekly supervised sessions where they will get taught safe movement techniques specific to their sport
