Jade Monks
Speech Pathologist

Jade studied at Manchester Metropolitian University, England and graduated with a First Class Honours degree in Speech Pathology and Psychology. Jade is a certified practicing member of Speech Pathology Australia and has experience in supporting children and young adults with a range of complex communication needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder, Language disorders, Learning and Intellectual disabilities and phonological delays and disorders. Jade has experience in conducting a range of assessments in order to identify a client’s strengths and areas of needs, whilst Jade also has previous experience in conducting diagnostic assessments for Autism Spectrum Disorders.

Jade is extremely passionate about her role and aims to ensure that she consistently provides high quality, evidenced based practice. Jade is therefore highly motivated to maintain ongoing professional development and is often keen to keep up to date with current research, particularly in relation to the field of autism.

Jade adopts a client-centered approach in order to ensure that each client and family have the opportunity to develop the most effective means of communication for them.
