Hannah graduated from the University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (Honours). Hannah is passionate about working with children with special needs, with a particular interest in those children who have been diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
Hannah strongly believes in taking a client-based and functional approach to therapy, with the aim to provide children with the life skills to be a functioning member of society by directly addressing the skills that the child needs to engage in their everyday life. These include fine motor skills (handwriting and cutting), self-help skills, play and social skills, toileting and mealtime skills. Hannah is dedicated in providing creative, fun, play-based therapy for children to learn these important life skills.
Hannah believes in developing a close relationship with the client and their families to identify a child’s needs and provide individualised intervention to support the child’s learning and development. Hannah is motivated and determined to achieve the best outcome for the children and their families.
